If you have multiple locations, you'll want to make sure your staff members are assigned to the right location. The video below shows how to assign which staff members work at which location.
How to assign staff members to locations
Once you've created additional locations, you won't be able to assign bookings to staff members or offer online bookings until you have assigned staff and their Working Hours. To start, you'll need to set up staff at each new location. To do this:
1. From the left-hand Navigation Menu, go to Staff. Change the filter to select your Location
2. Click Change Staff to add your staff
3. Select the blank boxes to populate with working hours
TIP: If you have staff working at multiple locations, make sure their hours do not overlap - otherwise, they might be assigned to two different services at two different places at the same time!
