Once you've set up the basics of your account, you'll be ready to import your client database. Importing your client list could not be easier as the team at Fresha will happily do you this for you, for free! Once you've added your services and we've added your clients, you'll find that adding your future appointments is super easy.
To get started:
1. From the menu, go to Clients > Options > Import Clients
2. Click Download Import File and open the spreadsheet
3. Copy and paste your client data in the same columns and format as the "John Smith" example (e.g. Put your client's first name in the first_name column, add client notes in the Text column, etc. Any additional columns may be left out) NOTE: For a successful import, the system requires a minimum of a valid First Name and Mobile OR Email. Clients missing these details will not be imported.
4. Email it back to us in Excel or CSV format to email@example.com. Make sure you're emailing us from your registered account! We'll add the clients in just a couple of days.
Imports are usually completed within 48 hours of being received and we'll inform you via email when it's been successfully imported.
NOTE: It is currently not possible to import addresses but these can be included within the "Text Column"
