Login For Non Service Providers (Admin & Reception)

Sometimes you'll need to provide login access to team members who are not service providers such as receptionists, managers or accountants:

1. From the main menu, go to Staff > Staff Members

2. Select your Staff Member > Add their email address & adjust the User Permission level to be higher than "No Access"

3. Disable the "Enable Appointment Bookings" toggle

4. Click Save

Once you've saved your changes, the Staff member will receive an email to create a password for logging in.
