You'll need to use the email address you've registered your account with so you can request a password reset link. The email may take a couple of minutes to arrive and may land in your junk mail, so it's worth checking your Spam folder.
If you happen to receive an "invalid token" notification when updating your password, it means you're using an old reset password link. Check your inbox again, as you'll need to use the latest reset password email you received.
If the system is requesting you add your old password first, this means you are already logged in. You will need to log out to reset your password.
