Managing and editing clients

Shedul's CRM has been designed to ensure it's easy to keep track of your client's latest contact details.

We all know the importance of keeping a clean and up-to-date client list. A clean CRM not only improves your return on investment from marketing activities but also ensures client notifications are sent to the best point of contact which in-turn, improves communication and reduces no-shows.

 This article answers how to:

  1. Edit Shedul Clients
  2. Manage Fresha Clients
  3. Guide clients to update their own Fresha details

 

1. Edit Shedul Clients

Shedul clients are those that have been created and added by you. These clients can be edited and updated at any time:

  1. Head onto the left-hand Navigation Bar and click Clients
  2. Search for and Select the client you would like to edit
  3. Within the client card, select More Options > Edit
  4. You can now edit their name, contact details, client notes, address etc.    
  5. Once finished, click Save

NOTE: By saving the updated client details, you cannot revert back and undo these changes but you can re-edit them. 


 

2. Manage Fresha Clients

Fresha clients are those which have been created by the client themselves whilst booking online. The client has full ownership of their contact details. You are still able to apply your preferred contact details for them. These details can be edited and updated at any time:

  1. Head onto the left-hand Navigation Bar and click Clients
  2. Search and Select the client you would like to edit
  3. Within the client card, select More Options > Edit
  4. Select More Options (the three dots) next to the client's name and click Update Contact Info
  5. Update the client's details to your preferred contact details.
  6. Once finished, click Save
  7. You'll notice the name now has a star to indicate that these are not the original Fresha Profile contact details.
  8. Click Save again to complete

To restore the original contact details from the Fresha profile:

  1. Head back to Clients from the main menu
  2. Search and Select the client you would like to restore
  3. Click More Options > Edit
  4. Select the same three dots for More Options

NOTE: Updating the Fresha contact details will update your records in your CRM but it will not update the client's own account details in their Fresha account. Point 3 addresses how clients can update their own contact details. Notifications will be sent using the details you have updated.

 


 

3. Guide clients to update their own Fresha details

Should your client indicate that they would like to update their own Fresha contact details, you can guide them to:

  1. www.fresha.com and click log in in the top right-hand corner
  2. Click the avatar icon in the top right-hand corner
  3. Click Edit Profile 
  4. Here, the client can update their preferred name, email, mobile and profile picture
  5. Save changes

NOTE: Any updates made by the client to thier Fresha profile will automatically be reflected in the client section unless you have applied your own preferred contact details. 

Tip: The Avatar icon is visible in the bottom-right when editing the Fresha profile on smartphones using the app and in the top-right when doing so via a browser.
