Payouts and Reporting are currently available to businesses who have Fresha Plus enabled
Here at Shedul, we have made it incredibly easy to process payments online and receive next day payouts! Whether it's using the "Pay by App" features for seamless, secure transactions, or the built-in charges for No-Show and Late Cancellation fees. Reports are available to you for the utmost clarity.
1. How fees and payouts work
Once your account has been sufficiently set up and has started processing payments, we'll make payment releases daily, as long as you process more than £100 or $100 per day. Otherwise, you'll receive your payment on the following Monday.
The initial payment cycle can take a couple of days, so should you process your first $100 total payment on a Monday, the first payment will reach your bank account on the Thursday. If you are then consistently processing more than $100 per day, you'll receive daily payouts to your bank account. No more cash flow issues!
The more payments processed with Fresha Pay, the more regular you're pay outs will be.
(Payouts exclude weekends and are subject to the banking sectors' public holidays).
Payments will be directly debited into the allocated bank account that has been set up under Online Bookings > Account. If the bank account has not been set up yet, head to Payments > Connect Bank Account.
Payments into your bank account will appear in your statements and shown as "Fresha" with our registered address.
If you process a payment on Monday the 1st, we release the payment on Tuesday 2nd, and depending on your bank, the payment is likely to land in your account on Thursday the 4th.
If you process the payment on Wednesday the 3rd, we release the payment on Thursday the 4th and depending on your bank the payment will land in your account on Monday the 8th.
Should you process the payment on Saturday the 6th or Sunday the 7th, we release those payments on Monday the 8th where they land in your bank account on Wednesday the 10th.
To keep the rates as low as possible, smaller collections of transactions are released weekly.
NOTE: Shedul's fees do not include Tax. Tax is charged in addition but only on the service fee and not on the total value of the invoice. You can learn more about this here.
2. Understanding the Payments tab
We've ensured payments are extremely transparent so you can be certain of what has been processed, charged and what has yet to be paid out.
Payment Reports are generated monthly with a clear breakdown of your opening balance from the previous month.
You will see how many payments have been processed through Fresha Pay, Shedul's service fee and the total value of the payout.
On the right-hand side, you'll see the option to download your Online Sales Activity as well as your Account Statement.
The Online Sales Activity provides a detailed breakdown of every single payment processed through Fresha Pay and all fees.
The Account Statement, similar to a Bank Statement or Balance Sheet, will provide a break down of all the accrued payments with exact dates of payouts throughout the month.
NOTE: At the end of the month, you'll also find your Invoice summarising fees and taxes.
3. Understanding the Current Balance
If you have been using Shedul's payment processing features "Pay by App" you'll be able to see exactly how much credit is on your account. Underneath this value, you will see what is due to be paid out at the next release date. This amount excludes Shedul's fees and so this is the exact amount you will see debited to your bank account.
Fees are deducted automatically for simplicity so your current balance is exactly what you will receive.
*Fresha Plus users in the UK and Australia will receive daily payouts feature by the end of December.
