Payment details update

Hi,

I have been using Fresha for quite a few years now with no problems, I am now being asked to update my payment details with photo copies of proof of ID and bank statements! Has anyone else had this and can any one answer why. 

I also cannot find a phone number to ring to ask, I have no idea if I have been hacked or is legitimate.

  • Got this too. Nothing seems to satisfy their 'requirements', actually thinking of ditching this platform. Frustrating lack of customer services (and by lack I mean non existent ).
